Non-commercial and commercial vendors
Non-commercial vendors are allowed to sell arts, crafts, handcrafted goods, second-hand items and/or merchandise from older My Little Pony generations. Non-commercial vendors are not allowed to sell Friendship is Magic (G4) merchandise if it is not second-hand or handcrafted. Commercial vendors are allowed to sell official Friendship is Magic merchandise.
At least 70% of the available stock must be related to My Little Pony. However, vendors are allowed to also deal in additional non-My Little Pony merchandise as long as it is related to popular geek culture (for instance Pokémon or Adventure Time).
Food and drinks
Every vendor table comes with gratuitous bottled water. The bottled water is provided as a service from HWCon 2020 to our vendors. All vendors are also free to bring non-alcoholic drinks and a simple lunch for each day as long as they consume them behind their own vendor table. Bringing food is in principle not allowed at the venue, so the simple lunches are an exception here.
You can enter the convention to set up on Saturday 29 February from 07:00. It is also possible to set up on Friday 28 February between 14:00 and 17:00. This time should only be used to set up vendor tables. Only people on the vendor list will be allowed into the venue early, so make sure we have all the employee names.
On Saturday 29 February sales hours are between 10:30 and 18:00. It is possible to be in a location that closes sooner or later than that. Please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org if you want to be in a vendor area that closes at 17:00, 19:00 or 21:00.
